Different meditation techniques follow their own set of meditation instructions in order to be effective and lead a person to a higher level of relaxation and consciousness. These guidelines are here to help provide you some steps that an you can follow as you begin a meditation session. Duration may differ according to the different techniques and may involve different exercises to achieve that higher level of awareness.

Today we’re going to start with something we all do. Breathe. We all breathe without focusing on it. We all must crawl before we walk and breathing is one way to quiet the mind. It has helped me at times when I was sure the stress I was under would drive me mad.
