I’m asked time and time again…How do I stop the brain chatter?

Research has shown that Meditation can contribute to an individual’s physiological well-being. This is accomplished as Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an alpha state, which is a level of consciousness that promotes the healing state. Mindfulness meditation involves opening the attention to become aware of the continuously passing sensations, feelings, images, thoughts, sounds, smells, etc. without becoming involved in thinking about them. I like to imagine that whatever thoughts enter my mind, are clouds floating by in the sky on a windy day.
