I am someone that has experienced physical, emotional, verbal and sexual abuse. I fell into the depths of addiction to drugs and alcohol. Not only have I even experienced rape, I also fell into the darkness of depression and multiple suicide attempts.
I am someone that has SURVIVED CANCER and now lives with a degenerative chronic illness. Through all of my experiences I rose through the adversity and challenges of these contrasting events to find that life is truly beautiful and sacred and especially worth living WELL. Life is meant to be happy and I want to share information that will help YOU find what I have found and am finding…NEW HORIZONS
