My friends cannot believe how much healthier I look. I was having more problems walking and the strength in my arms and hands had diminished. I decided to not only look at what I was eating, but also thought about how I really was not using my muscles. I found myself spending most of my time in front of a computer. “You lose what you don’t use”, and it was certainly becoming a reality for me. I started using old empty gallon containers and filling them up with water to slowly build up my strength.

I became inspired and actually ordered an exercise program called P90X! Some thought I was crazy because I have MS, but my indomitable spirit refused to let that stop me! Read the rest of this entry »

Our bodies take care of us. We eat and it turns that food into fuel. It knows exactly what to do with all of the nutrients that we ingest. It is a well oiled machine that works like clockwork.
